Professional Engineers

The Company's Licensed Professional Engineers serve as a tremendous asset. Often, the final product of a construction project is fully designed; however, there are many interim phases during construction that require civil engineering designs and an official stamp from a Licensed Professional Engineer. E. T. & L. has that in-house capability.

Civil Engineers

The Company staff also consists of an engineering support system of many degreed Civil Engineers. These individuals handle a myriad of responsibilities ranging from estimating a project in the bid phase to project management and purchasing upon the award of a contract. When involved in a complex project, these employees help bridge the gap between the Design Engineer and the Company's crew executing the construction in the field.

On his/her project, the Superintendent is responsible for developing the strategy, timeline, and schedule for getting the job done. Superintendents utilize their vast experience and knowledge to lead the crew of laborers, operators, and carpenters toward their goal, which is a quality, finished product. They are also capable of performing layout work for their own projects.
